Character Decisions
“The life where nothing was ever unexpected. Or inconvenient. Or unusual. The life without colour, pain or past.” “It's the choosing, that's important, isn't it?” ( The Giver, Lois Lowry). In a world were all is sameness, when you cant choose your jobs, spouce or to see colors; all in black and white every person has an special job for them, you can be a laborer, birthmother, medic and the reciever. This book tell about a boy who had turned twelve and recieve the assigment to get the memories of their ancestors where he discover colors, holydays, pain, love and choices.
When Jonas planned to get out of the community so they can get the memories again, I think it was very brave to do something so risky so people can get good and bad memories but at the same time to dont all be sameness without choices. So thats why I think was a big decision also what if it didnt suceed, all of what he had left was in problems. And the love of Jonas to others like to Gabriel, when he decided to take his fathers bike, so he can make that Gabe come with him and dont be released. Then when get out of there memories would go back to the community.
Another big decision was when the reciever give Jonas the painful memory of war so he understand that nothing was perfect then and now. That was a thing that I consider to be important because the courage to give something so painful to a boy of twelve years so he can get wisdom. But also he transmit him good memories to replace the painful ones, thats why I think that the giver did correctly to not only give him the painful but also the happy so he can be equal.
That are two decisions that for me were very important in the book, because express feelings of the characters. That they are not equal or same like the community said. They know they were special and need it that people see that there are beautiful things in life and not to life in sameness. A place were they can have choices, opportunities to progress. Because progress is a line of failures were you improve everytime you do a mistake.

I think you choose very important decisions and explained it good. Still there are some words or sentences that are not expressed correctly. This makes the context be more complex to understand. A recomendation I give you is that in the intro you tell us of the characters you will talk about. But in general I really like it, specially when you used the hook which is part of the book. Also I liked that you put you opinion to complement what you said.
